DN Solutions introduces the DVF5000 Second Generation, a vertical 5-axis machining center that combines high speed, superior precision, and advanced automation capabilities in a compact yet powerful platform.

Key Performance Enhancements
A built-in spindle of up to 20,000 RPM provides high flexibility for high-precision machining applications and fine finishing on materials such as aluminum, titanium, Inconel, and CoCr.
For tougher materials, a high-torque spindle of up to 230 Nm is available, further expanding machining capabilities.

Expanded Motion Range and Dimensions
Axis travel: X 650 mm, Y 520 mm, and Z 480 mm, representing an increase of approximately 20% compared to the previous generation.
A rotary table of Ø630 × 450 mm supports the machining of large workpieces up to Ø600 × H500 mm, expanding the working area by 32%.

High Productivity
Linear axis speeds (X/Y/Z) are twice as fast as the previous model.
Rotation speeds of the B and C axes have increased by 25%, now reaching 25 r/min.
Tool-to-Tool (T.T.T.) change time is only 1.3 seconds, while Chip-to-Chip (C.T.C.) time is 3.8 seconds, delivering up to 28% higher efficiency.

Advanced Precision and Thermal Stability
A symmetrical structure with multiple integrated cooling units on the spindle, axes, and table, along with smart thermal displacement compensation, ensures accuracy during extended operations.
The B and C axes feature high-precision rotation mechanisms with 0.0001° increments, and an optional Intelligent Kinematic Compensation (IKC) function is available to correct rotation center errors.

Automation and User-Friendly Operation
High-Performance Integrated Control
Premium CNC control options are available, such as the FANUC 31i-B5Plus, renowned for its high performance and integrated collision prevention system (CPS). Control options from Siemens and Heidenhain are also supported.
